Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo which is creative, fun, 'wow', we are an agency which represents film crew. Nothing with an old fashioned film camera, they don't use them any longer. Our web colors are grey, white, navy and turquoise. Our current logo is outdated, we want something text based, clean which is instantly recognized. Preferably CallaCrew in caps. Nothing corporate and boring.
