Flyer Design Brief

I need a professional looking flyer that will appeal to shipping managers, dispatchers, etc. who don't have a lot of time. I'm Certified Master Broker (title is a registered trademark) arranging freight transportation at the lowest possible cost to the shipper. I contract with shippers and then find truckers in the area that will backhaul and thus give the shipper a discounted transportation rate. I let the shipper tell me the rate they want to pay and I negotiate with trucking companies to find that rate. I'll upload the topics I want to convey. Keep in mind that the brochure has to be eye catching enough on the first page to entice them to read on. I want to tie into my website design a bit if possible. It's a simple site so I don't know just how well that'll work. I do want the brochure, business cards, letterhead and envelopes to tie in with each other. I'd like my picture on the brochure somewhere.
