Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer design for our company Cretech Industries. Our company provides services to the resource & residentual sector in the Pilbara region of WA.
The one flyer must market these sectors seperatley, the reason for this is that we need small jobs to fill in between the bigger resource sector jobs until our business grows more. Our philisophy is to provide quality work in a safe manner (Zero Harm) and provide cost effective solutions.
Residentual target - All your residential concrete needs
Resource sector market - Insitu concrete, Industrial kerbing, steel fixing, formwork, drainage and earthworks.
The flyer will be delivered by Australia Post to residentual and business addresses including PO Box in the Pilbara region.
