Hi,

Thank you for all the info and supporting documents you provided. A couple of problems though;
- your logo is in a .jpg format. This means we are unable to scale it up without losing some of the resolution. Could you please go back to whoever designed it and ask for a vector eps file or the original illustrator file?
- I think we''re missing some of the photos from the Word document - namely, the before photos. Once you reduce the size of a jpg using word, the resolution is affected and this would more than likely create problems when it comes to printing. To be on the safe side, please provide the original jpg in as high a resolution as you can.

Could you please provide some feedback on my submissions so far to see if I am on the right track in terms of colour and layout style? I can then go on to make the revised designs with the ideas you prefer, if any.

In terms of making more space for the photos, there is only a certain size your photos can be taken to before they appear distorted. I have taken them to as large as they can go on some of the designs so not sure how much more photographic we can make it, but I can revisit after feedback.
