what will you do with this illustration when complete?

I can see it is just a basic sketch... Can you pls make the girl a little big more bigger... may be 12-13 years old.... girl her long hair and stuff.... can you pls give the image a more realistic cartoon finish... of course colourful... We can have some more pain on his face and a helpless feel....... Now for the backdrop... pls use the pic I send as a reference and make it a little bit more colourful... have some sky... element also...

The finished illustration will be used for a presentation...
