Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our soda brewery startup called "Rowdy Cowboy Craft Soda". We will be starting with 3 flagship sodas and will feature seasonal soda selections as well. We are looking for a logo that we can use for marketing, websites, merchandise, etc. We are looking for our logo to be BOLD, BRIGHT, and in western form, to stand out in a crowd. We are looking for a design along the lines of "new school tattoo" , as in above the top character, that features either a Unique Cowboy, Bull, or Both. We aren't picky on the colors but are looking to pay homage to our towns western roots and rodeo background.
