Logo Design Brief
We are a boutique town and regional (urban planning) firm. The company was established in 2008. Please feel free to visit our website - www.urbansmart.co.za
The company has grown in stature over the last 9 years and is in the process of building its own office block. Accordingly, we feel that the time has come for us to pay more attention to our branding, stationary and property forming a whole.
As point of departure, we would like to revisit our logo. Our corporate colours and logo is well known and recognised, but we feel it is time to rejuvinate. Find attached our current logo.
Our inclination is to move towards a more minimalistic and mature approach. This is being incorporated in our office design. We attach an interior example.
The majority of our client base is large national and multi-national property developers and investment banks. Our clients are also increasingly becoming environmentally conscious. Our clients demand absolute confidentiality, trust and accuracy in executing our work.
Once logo is redesigned, the new logo must be incorporated and form the basis for all of our stationary (letterhead, binder, business card) and a new website.
