Stationery Design Brief
We have just had a new logo and business card created on Design Crowd and now would like a new letterhead for our company re-branding. Our logo inspires trust, professionalism and confidence and we would like to mirror that in our letterhead. We would like to use elements in our logo (as well as the logo itself, obviously), but understand with only a header and the ability to print in black and white, we are somewhat limited. We have also won the Consumer's Choice Award for best Property Management Company in our city and would like to somehow include that small banner (see uploaded file) in the letterhead, without it clashing?

They are fairly naive, as they are not "big time" investors, and because they are giving us their first home (in contract to an investor buying a rental property, often sight unseen) they are more emotionally tied to their property and will require a company that inspires trust and confidence.

Must have
- We would like an option to be in black and white, to be able to be printed from Microsoft Word. As well, we do not want anything in a footer or any other kind of letterhead that bleeds below a header. The main use of this letterhead will be from our property management software, to be used in our form letters and other templates (sent to tenants and clients)
Should not have
- Footer or other elements where the text body would be, it will be used in a form letter
