Hello Sir,
I am had seen the mock-up but have some concerns as there is no description with each screen.
Being a UX expert and to have a good user experience I need to understand the app working flow.

1. I hope there will be a landing page where you ask login and password. Kindly correct me if I am wrong.
2. Then come the Dashboard as you shared in the doc... but its not clear.... what is these test 4/3/2/1? what kind of information will be shown in these box. Kindly explain, as I will workout the design and content/text placement as we it.
3. what is in green circle? what it shows? Immediate and finished will be a link?
4. New Message - Screen - how this popup come, I mean from where a user can access this. Is this a really going to be a popup as on smart phones we normally avoid popups! Kindly clarify
5. Drop-down > on click where user will get his popup and if this is a popup.... there will be a popup on popup... i suggest we should avoid it.
6. Add Contacts > on clicking where user will get this popup? What is the Filter in this... is this a text-box, drop-down or something els.
7. Available Fields > on clicking where user will get this popup?
