As a background on the logo, The original logo was designed some many years ago when the company was first formed. Macro Industries was founded in 1994 to provide pipeline and facilities construction and maintenance services to companies in the oil and gas industry. Macro is an oil and gas industry specialist in pipeline and facility construction and maintenance providing infrastructure development to the oil and gas construction market. Macro is considered a Large Diameter Pipeline Constructor targeting some of the largest Oil Companies in Canada. Our group is highly respected and recognized as an Extreme Condition/Mountainous Terrain Pipeline Construction group.

Requirements

Must have

• The Original Logo was designed by the Owner’s daughter and represents a pipeline with several connections and bends to create the stylized “M”. While the logo holds some nostalgic value it is time for an upgrade. The colour scheme should still be considered a Key Design element however it can also be updated.

Nice to have

• What we would like to see is a bold yet simple design. We would like it with enough detail to be memorable but not overly detailed.
