Are You Prepared? Know how to support your pre-natal, post-natal and family resilience

Dear Designers,
Thank you very much for taking on this job.
Here is a rough list of the topics I will be expanding on to give you a little more context. These may change over time, hence why I need the manual templates to be as flexible as possible with the amount of content and imagery they each can contain. I'd like for there to be a title page, contents page and several page layouts that I am able to rotate. Ideally, I wanted it as a Microsoft publisher file so I could manipulate the images/text boxes myself. But PDF files should be fine. Thanks again for your efforts and assistance!
Content topics will include:
- Perinatal depression - risk and protective factors
- Birth process, plan and expectations
- Realistic expectations to motherhood (recovery, feeding, sleep deprivation, heightened emotions, settling and unsettled baby, bonding, body image, managing priorities, partner dynamics and communication, filtering outside advice and managing family dynamics).
- Transition of identity. Adjusting to change and fulfillment pendulum.
Encouraging disclosure
- Perfectionism, shame and sense of ‘maternal failure’
- Family dynamics
- Discipline methods, parent communication, behavioural habits
- Partner experience - sensitivities, difficulties, support, community attitude, role expectation, bonding, relationship dynamic with partner and extended family.
- Grandparent boundaries, assistance and transition
- Medical professionals and perinatal mental health, evidence based info, efficiency
- Digital screening, mental health first aid skills.
- Travel
- Health and special needs
- Trauma, grief, loss. Miscarriage. Stillborn. Maternal / paternal health. Genetic issues. Fear of mobility and mortality
So basically you need a template that you can edit yourself and if that's the case then whatever content(text or picture) we use in samples it does not matter as long as it is similar to the provided example because you just want to get a template that you can edit later by yourself, you need the same design with the same layout as provided examples but with editable property, am i right?
Dear HamzaMalik,
That's right thank you. A booklet template similar to the one attached, but one that is uplifting /bright and has a clear layout between text and images. Please ensure there is variety in the layouts so I may rotate them and make a booklet of 20 pages.
Ok, I'll give you some variety of layouts so that each page looks a bit different from others, this way you will be able to switch between them time to time and it will still look fresh and new.
Thank you for your cooperation.
I'm sending you some design samples so, please check them and tell me if I'm on the right track or not.
Dear Hamza Malik,
These are great, thank you very much. They look very professional! I would like the title page to be a brighter colour if possible and can you remove the X on the title page/background as this was specific to the branding of the project attached. Also thank you for sourcing my professional contact info but I am not practicing there and would prefer just © Psychologist, Yana Belogianns.
Thank you again for your skill and expertise!
Yana
Dear Yana,
Can you provide me with some sort of branding guide or do you have a website or logo from where I can get an idea of what kinds of colour tones you like?
Dear HamzaMalik, I would have initially said any bright colours would do, however the work you've done already has a really nice brightness to it anyway. I really like have you've done that even with grey variants. Thank you!! If at all possible, I would love the inclusion of a few more little icons (like the one above perinatal depression title page of mother and child). They are perfect. Would you be able to link them to some of the other topics I will include (ie. Relationship tension/support, partner communication, sleeplessness, mental toughness, body image/confidence, extended family support, health issues/special needs, assessing your own mental health, partner experience). If this is possible, I'd love it so the icon itself is in a text box that I can move around, as I expand on the content in time. Thank you.
Dear Yana,
1. Select any of my design as the winner and it will redirect you to the handover page where we can communicate easily.
2. Yes, you will be able to change/edit any text and image there is in the whole design.
3. Ok, I'll provide you icons for the topics you mentioned above.
Best Regards,
HamzaMalik
Hi HamzaMalik,
Thank you once again for the message and work so far. I definitely plan to do this tomorrow, and select a piece of your work, but I will honour the deadline date in case others have been working on the project and plan to submit for review. Thank you again for your efforts. The project is a pro bono job to help new parents manage their mental health and child raising responsibilities. The manual's effectiveness will largely be thanks to your graphics that will make the content easy to read and process.
