Logo Design Brief

Hello,
We need a logo and visual identity (font + colors) for a new project based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The project is “French Cookie”: generous, gourmet and trendy freshly baked cookies. The clients can buy online, at few gourmet food shops or in some food festival/market (only time we’ll have a direct contact with the client).
Cookies will be handmade and produced on the same day they are ordered. We’ll only bake high quality cookies (ingredients, design, variety). They’ll be elegant, refined, gourmet and exclusive (we are bringing cookies an upgrade, such as “author cocktails” do for classical cocktails). The menu will frequently change offering seasonal cookies, limited editions, etc.
We want the visual identity to reflect: exclusivity, gourmet food, delicious, trendy, author cookies (such as author cocktail), modern vintage, hipster.
Our population target is the medium-high class of Buenos Aires.
Warning 1: we do not want a logo similar to “luxury pastries” (No “Ladurée”, no “la pâtisserie des rêves” …).
Warning 2: No cliché: no eiffel tower, no french flag, no blue/white/red colors remembering France…
