This book has 10 chapters each one identifying 1 major challenge that couples experience in a committed relationship.
This book is written as a resource for individuals to read. Each chapter includes three stories within each chapter for the reader to self-identify if this is the aspect that is causing challenges to their relationship.
Each chapter stories are followed by research that supports the aspects that are creating the challenges followed by tips on dealing with the challenge.

Target Market(s)

Anyone in a committed relationship ( stories are based on male-female as that is where my experience is in) that is experiencing challenges all age groups all demographics
