First, thank you for reaching out. We are excited by this project and hope to see some nice designs. To clarify, Yes we are only looking for psd file.

As for guarantee ing payment, I would only consider that if a few designers posted. I have another contest running right now and have guaranteed payment but there area few designers who have already submitted.

That said, I think your portfolio is very nice and do hope to see work from you.

I have one question, do you want us to re-design the pages you mentioned in your docs or the screenshot you provided on designcrowd.

Also do you want us to design all that you mentioned in your docs files ?
