Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a start-up organization. We are a group looking to create a food co-operative in the small town of West Chester Pennsylvania. The co-op model means that we will be a community-owned, by individuals who have invested into the co-op. Once the grocery store has opened it will feature food you can trust - such as locally sourced food items, non-gmo products, organic and natural products or minimally processed products. We would like designs that use the colors green (Hex# 7D8C46) and plum (Hex# 634047) (one as an accent color), but we are open to other creative designs. We are also updating our name. We would like to incorporate a vegetable element – such as a ramp, wild onion, or beet. We are open to other creative ideas.
The final design should embrace a small local community-focused food store.

The name of the group is West Chester Cooperative. The tagline is A community owned grocery
