Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company named Blue Birdy Media. It's a marketing company. We want neuromarketing principles implemented, the color should convey trustworthiness, new-age modern, bold, youthful, innovative and confident. I'd like a bird logo/icon. We were thinking a blue color implemented with other colors that would give the impression of the aforementioned qualities. No sharp edges, no overlays, I want the letting to be consistent (all caps or all lower case), High/Low contrast, Stronger Semantic Content
