PowerPoint Design Brief

Great Southern Gold is a new gold exploration company. Their mandate is discovering new gold deposits.
Great Southern Gold will need to make public presentations and send out news releases on company letterheads.

We have recently designed a logo.

What we need:
We need a Powerpoint Template and Word template for corporate communications.

We need you to:

0) Provide a Corporate Colour Palette / Colour Swatch that we can load into powerpoint as our colour palette.

1) Using that colour palette, design a POWERPOINT presentation TEMPLATE that works with our logo – and works with but doesn't necessarily require Trajan Pro font. We’ll need a slide background, image and text layout, text-image balance, recommended font size, colours, composition

2) We’ll want to see your Powerpoint templates – we need Front page, Content Page, Divider Page, Back page with a good background, header, footer, and layout
--> Deliverable is a Powerpoint Template design file including colour palette that will automatically assign colours to charts / graphs, background, text etc

3) We’ll want to see your WORD REPORT templates – we need a Front page, Content Page, Divider Page, Back page with a good background, header, footer, title, section heading and sub-section font styles and layout for lengthy company reports. Note our logo is in Trajan Pro.

4) AND we need a LETTERHEAD (Word template) with front page header, footer, memo layout and subsequent pages with header and footer.

and 5) An EMAIL SIGNATURE
Please supply results as POWERPOINT and WORD

We want to see inverted colour ideas as well (our logo shows blacktext, we'd like to see ideas with White text (or another colour that works)

For colour ideas and a contribution to our Divider page we have loaded up photographs in a .pptx file below. These are the sorts of hues many of our future photos will generate.. please keep it in mind.

Our upload also shows some constraints - logo bottom left - only use 2.72cm in your banner.. etc.. it's all there

Do a great job and there may be more to come - we also need to build a new website

It's a challenge, but we've seen what design crowd can do and we know you can make something great with what we have.

Do what you can.. we may award even if not all items are complete.
Start with Colour Palette, Email signature and Letterhead.
Then Powerpoint.
Word can be last.

• no more than 2.75cm banner, no more than 1.5cm footer
• follow instructions as shown in .pdf upload (content slide title position, logo position - others are flexible
• Must use logo uploaded
• Email signature (.eps, .ai, .png files)
• Word letterhead (.docx and .DOTX)
• *Update - 1st Feb - Business cards are to be Embossed with Sunken lettering

• Layout recommendations - example showing text / image balance
