the institution the logo will represent will be focused on identifying, monitoring, developing and sharing competences on the blockchain technology worldwide
the logo should represent the geometric pattern of blocks connected in a chain (blockchain) and also resemble the word "council" or the sense of it, like autority, institution, reference. the logo should be modern and minimalist, disruptive not traditional. it should be scalable and therefore made of simple graphic elements
the logo should in anycase be easily associated by its graphic elements with other famous initiatives in the blockchain ecosystem, like Ethereum, Hyperledger, Cryptocoin, FLux

• 2. containing the graphic elements resembling a Council / Board and the Blockchain
• 3. (if words are used in the logo) only minimalist, geometric, sans serif typeface
• 4. scalability from thumbnail to big sizes
• 5. printable and visible on either white or black background
