Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a renovated apartment community that has a new name -Park Place. The property is 112 units of townhomes located in Morgan Hill, CA. We would like a more traditional design (the buildings are not modern). The property is located close to a park and has quite a bit of green space amongst the townhomes. The property is comprised of families and we have a lot of children. The building colors are muted shades of green / gray with wood fences surrounding the backyard spaces. it is somewhat "earthy" looking.
