Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo re-fresh for our software company, TestAssure, that has developed a cloud-based, automated testing platform for Fortune 500 firms.
We have a related company, Agilea Solutions, which is an enterprise agile systems integration company for Fortune 500 firms. We have uploaded the logo for Agilea Solutions, along with our current TestAssure logo (which we feel is ok, but seems to be missing 'something'...we are very happy with our Agilea Solutions logo, btw). We would like the logo design for TestAssure to reflect the fact that there is a relationship between Agilea and TestAssure, but we don't necessarily need to copy elements from the Agilea logo (ie. chevron). We would like to keep the colors consistent between the companies (purple and grey). The messaging of our TestAssure product is about speed and accelerating time-to-market. Testing takes up a lot of our clients time, and by using TestAssure our client can speed up their testing process, saving time and money. We would like the overall look to feel clean and modern and something that shows motion/acceleration to convey the messaging that our product speeds up testing. Since we sell to enterprise clients (b2B) in a formal relationship, we want the logo to convey our brand in a professional manner - no overly graphic or gimmicky logos or graphics that might be suitable for B2C relationships (ie. mascots, too many colors, etc.) We would like the words TestAssure in the logo.

A few additional points/food for thought:
-Clean, modern fonts are preferable (Apple, slack, etc.)
-With us being a software application, we will have a need for an 'app icon'. So having an element of the logo that would make a good app icon (think of the icons on your mobile phone) is ideal
-"Test" is more important that "Assure", if you are highlighting elements of the name
- logo will be displayed on predominately white backgrounds
- business card and website should be predominately white background
