Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a fresh logo for our café style food supply business based in Brisbane, Australia. We produce fresh takes on nostalgic treats/desserts & also bottled cold drip iced coffee's & bottled iced chocolate drinks. We would like a design that encapsulates a feel for subcultures throughout the world, possibly mixed with imagery of things in line with what we are selling. Please Note: The use of the word "Subculture" in our café's name DOES NOT refer to sub or subway style sandwiches/rolls so please do not add any sandwich or roll related images to the design. The text in the logo can be all uppercase, all lower case or in proper case, which ever will look best.
