Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new podcast show called Great Power Politics. The show exists to educate the American people on the realities of policy. This also extends to the realities of daily events and simply whats going on in the world. The show will try to educate America in simple language whats going on intellectually. Be Honest and Real with America what is transpiring in America and around the world and also provide my opinion on it all. Right now, America is in desperate need of having its voters better understand the world or suffer the great consequences of not.

The two themes that will be a focus of the podcast will be great power politics / foreign policy and all things that encompass the economy from infrastructure to education. The podcast will discuss these in detail with mentions of history, great strategic / economic thinkers and think tank / congressional reports. The same level of detail will be applicable to when other topics come up such as gun control, drug policy, leadership of the president and everthing else.

That being said, I want to stress this podcast being tailored to the AVERAGE AMERICAN, not thee average harvard, georgetown, yale or national war college graduate. Thus, the logo should be designed knowing my customer base is the average person.

Requirements

Must have

• The logo must meet iTunes standards of between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels. Obviously the sharper and better it looks, the better.
• I would heavily prefer my face be on the logo as I am also developing personal brand. If you chose to use my face I strongly encourage you to photo shop it to make it look as best as possible but real at the same time. Such as removing any acne, acne scars, whitening teeth and etc...

Nice to have

• As the podcast is geopolitically focused I thought the logo have something relevent to great power politics, such as american, russian and chinese flags. Trump, Xi (chinese president) and Putin at a poker table, cartoonish designs of great power competition. Trump, Xi and Russia carving up the world. The background photo on the cover of the book "the tragedy of great power politics" You get the idea.
• I'd prefer the logo convey / communicate a degree of serioussness but light enough to appeal to the average person.
• my face could be changed into a pencil sketch, made black and white
• I stress, please take these preferences and suggestions more as guidelines than rules. Would I prefer something like them but if you can do better, please do. Thats why I explained the podcast and why I'm doing, maybe my description painted a better image in your head.

Should not have

• anything that is hard to read or hard on the eyes.
