Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my consulting business, "Rhoads Consulting". I work with global B2B Marketing teams to help them move from traditional marketing to modern digital marketing in order to have a measurable impact on revenue. I unite Sales and Marketing teams to work together to reach their customers with the right message, at the right time, in the right place. I combine the science (technology, data and research) and art (crafting a story for a unique audience) of Marketing in my methods. I function as a trusted advisor to my clients. I’m not the one they outsource to, I’m the one they come to in order to transform their teams or gain a fresh perspective.

**I have attached a doc of some elements/fonts I like, but please don't let that limit you! It's more important that it meets the objectives listed above**

Must have

• This needs to convey that my services are:
• - fresh
• - innovative
• - modern
• but also:
• - professional
• - practical
• - expert
• - approachable
• This must be world-class, as I work with global Fortune 500 clients from diverse industries.
• I would like a clean, flat design (no gradient, shadowing, etc.), not overly detailed. Really want something visual that will become a recognizable trademark and can be used with or without the actual words “Rhoads Consulting”.
• Must be easily usable in diverse digital materials - branded powerpoints, contracts, invoices, website, but also some physical/print - business cards, apparel, travel mugs, stickers, etc.

Nice to have

• Pop(s) of color would be great, with whitespace. I’m open to using RC in the logo, or something else. I especially like blues, but greens and/or multi-colors are visually appealing too.
• I want something that balances a masculine and feminine feel. I'm not scared of interesting fonts, as long as they are very easy to read and professional looking.

Should not have

• I don't want a design that is too rigid/stark, but I also don't want calligraphy.
