Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my mechanical contracting business. We install and service HVAC equipment and will soon bring on a plumbing division. The company name is George Wayne Mechanical, named after my grandfathers. We have country roots like the city we represent and serve. Our company culture and mission statement is simple. "Do Right. Work Hard" I have attached a sketch which should provide good direction. Some key notes: The logo should be increased in height, my drawing appears too "short". The bull should appear aggressive. Id like him going up the hill but not on the road. He should be looking back at the viewer. Windmill should have rustic "Texas" look.
