Logo Design Brief

Hello, I hope you are doing well. My name is Levi K Petersen & I work for Windermere Hayden LLC as a Realtor. I need help creating a logo that will brand my real estate business. I live in Coeur d’ Alene ID (North ID) & our area offers beautiful mountains, Pine Trees, & mountain lakes that I would like to integrate into the design if possible. Attached you will find a few of my Co-worker logos as well as my company Logo. I plan on doing a huge marketing push & will refer the winning designer additional business in the near future. Requirements

Must have

• Must haves is logo text. Please see nice to haves. Also open on color schemes. I like my black/White signature logo (see attached) as well as the company logo. I would like to see designs with black/white as well as blue (company colors).
• In the event designer has other colors they would like to use in the design I am open.

Nice to have

• Mountains, Lakes & Trees, Resort town. Something that fits north Idaho (CDA ID).
