T-shirt Design Brief

We are looking for a T-Shirt honoring the CEO of our company, Max Balsamo. The shirt should resemble an athletic jersey similarly seen in American football and/or baseball. Shirts have already been purchased, please see files attached. One of the following names should appear on the back depending which fits best: MAX, MoMAX, M.BALSAMO, or BALSAMO. The number 13 should be used as this represents the numbers of years with the company. The date of the event is April 28, 2018 and should appear somewhere on the shirt. Date can be abbreviated with 4-28-18 if space is needed. Single color will be used to print the design, please use black or navy blue.
