I need a logo for my construction business

I'm a general contractor specializing in renovations, light commercial
and insurance claims. My target market is anyone that owns a home or small
business and needs construction services. Black and white is my colour preference or black/white/grey. I like the look of the
attached logo not thrilled though if that helps as an example?
