I just want to add that this is a detailed project and you have to hire a single person for this because as it has some technical animation.
I'm saying to hire me or any other artist for this because you have to ordinate only with one person for this and has to share your detailed brief with him.
For eg: If you hire 2-3 artist for this project then you have share the info with them 2-3 times and if you select one person to work with then sharing your information with other 2 guys will be waste of time.
So instead of making this project as guaranteed contest please make this project as a freelancing project and tell the artist to submit you different quotes for this and select the right candidate for this so that there will be no wastage of time for you and for the artist and your project also will be completed soon and has quality.

could you confirm what is the output format you expect? (video size, ration....)

In addition could you confirm if you expect us to integrate new sequences to existing video or you only requiere new video sequence that will be integrated by a tier part.
