Create a table of contents of the articles.
Assemble the press clips in order
Create an end page/back cover.

The pages should be 8 1/2" by 11". The file will be printed on glossy paper and bound like the presentation booklet on this page: http://www.fedex.com/us/office/presentation-printing.html
