I am not sure about what are you looking for. But, do you want to add all words value in the brief into emblem design?

Yes. The values are
RESILIENCE
LOYALTY towards each other
Striving for GREATNESS
RELISHING Life
TRUSTING/Believing in YOURSELF
If you take a look at the sketch that I added to the brief, the fire represents a passion, or the relishing of life whilst striving for greatness. Like an inner burning passion. The swords are the khanda, which indicates that we are of a sikh background and are loyal to each other in the family. The way the swords connect with each other also signifies loyalty as well as the circular pattern. The weaving around the inner sword, is like an upward deep movement that you are aware of. So it signifies a deep trust in yourself.
Hopefully this makes sense.
