Book Cover Design Brief
I need a new cover for my book which is located here:

The book is about making money by buying storage units at auction, made popular by the reality shows "Storage Wars" and "Auction Hunters." It's for entrepreneurs and those looking for a weekend business.
The current cover was homemade in Gimp, and it's holding back sales. I think it needs a better cover in order to look more professional and catch more attention.
Updates
So far, I really like the designs from Nickerdoodle and earldesigns. Consider those two what I'm looking for, they are both good.
