Logo Design Brief

We are a part of New York State's Medicaid redesign efforts. Our program supports clinical and care management initiatives that aim to improve patient health outcomes and experience by providing quality, cost effective care. We strive to meet the "quadruple aim" in healthcare. We have a draft logo attached that can be polished, but we encourage other designs, too.
