Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for an existing personal finance blog based in the UK. Our primary audience consists of 18-30 year olds in the UK however we do have quite a varied audience in terms of locality, age and gender so we wouldn't want to alienate anyone.
The name of the site, Sterling Effort, has several meanings so subtly playing on any of these would be a bonus. Sterling means silver, high quality and also refers to the currency of the UK. Sterling Effort means working extremely hard to achieve some desired outcome.
The overall theme of the site is educational, aspirational and at times can be cheeky or aggressive so as not to be too boring. Therefore we want the logo to capture this energy and not be boring either. The purpose of the site is two fold. We aim to educate people about money and inspire people to achieve success by focusing and applying effort.
We haven't included the site URL in this brief as we don't want to overly influence you or restrict your creativity!
Please feel free to experiment with any of the following themes: silver, the pound sign (£), Union Jack.
