Logo Design Brief

I want the logo to have characters. We want the marquesitas to be our characters, It can be three or four marquesitas with faces, hats, mustache, and perhaps one lady marquesita with cheese hair. I want to call the attention of the costumers, because this product is famous in the south of Mexico. So it's has to caught the attention of people.
Communicate the texture of the marqusita in the logo.

The name "Las Famosas Marquesitas" could be integrated with the marquesitas
The Marquesitas is a Mexican desert taco. It's originally from Merida Yucatan. A wafer/crape that is about 12 inches in diameter. It is filled with Dutch Cheese and rolled into a delicious treat that hardens really quick.
The Marquesitas sweet batter is placed on large cast iron and pressed really thin. You can also add Nutella, strawberry or raspberry jam, soft toffee or Philadelphia cheese, and combined the ingredients.
