Logo Design Brief
Our company is called Gonzaga Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy Group, or "GCR Therapy Group". We offer speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy (for adults and children) and massage therapy and acupuncture for adults. We are unique in region, and we are growing fast. Our company is run by relatively young and forward-thinking academics and clinicians. We have struggled to identify ourselves with a memorable logo. WE need a logo that is modern, simple, and that may lend itself (in whole or part) to animation.
We have been using the color green primarily, but we are open to any color scheme with the exception of brown, purple, or jet black. We have resorted to a simple text-based design (file included). We are open to continue a text-based designs, but we would like some iconography (concrete or abstract) to be part of our new logo. We want our logo to be easily placed on business cards, brochures, signs, and to be able to be constructed three-dimensionally. We feel our current logo and brand identity is weak; our company is growing so now we are serious about getting "the" logo and brand identification finalized. We have included our current logo, which has served us well but it just isn't memorable enough.

Requirements
Must have
- Rather than "GCR Therapy Group", we are open to the possibility of just having "GCR", and adding the "Therapy Group" as an afterthought. In essence, "GCR" is more important that the "Therapy Group" portion.
Nice to have
- A logo that, in whole or part, lends itself to animation; meaning if we decide to have the logo appear in some form of media, it can "animate" itself or part of itself into being.
Should not have
- Medical symbolism, such as the Caduceus, a red cross, or the Rod of Asclepius.
