Logo Design Brief

We're seeking a new logo for a US-based school that provides continuing education to real estate and law professionals. The name of the school is the "National Real Estate Institute". We provide classes in person and online. We would prefer to use colors typically associated with real estate - green, blue, purple and/or dark red. We would like to see the acronym NREI in the logo, if possible. If you want to use images, graphics that include books, a law scale, or something similar is acceptable (but images are not required). A fresh, upbeat-looking design is desired, especially as we transition to more online classes.
