Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer that can be printed in both 8.5x 11 and 11x17.
I have uploaded the flyer I used last year just to give you an idea of what I need
This event will include craft beer, live music and food trucks.
The silent auction is an important part of the evening.
It is a fundraiser for Heaven's Gait Therapeutic Riding. (we teach horseback riding to special needs children and adults)
I will also need a tshirt design at some point so I would like the logo to be one that is suitable for a tshirt-the tshirt will be a dark color
