Stationery Design Brief
We need 1 marketing folder with inserts designed to leave behind with various people. We do not need unique designs for every insert page, just overall branding on them. Like a branded letterhead and some imagery like our logos as background images behind the content text. We will provide the content to be placed on each insert / page. It needs a "high end luxury feel" to them. Meaning we really want them to "pop" and be very polished to convey a company that if you saw the materials, you'd think it was a very large professional company that is THE leader in their space.
In the folder it will have these inserts:
1. Company Bio Page
2. Credentials Page (licenses, contractors license, bond info)
3. Mold Page, showing our mold process.
4. Mission Statement and core values page.
5. Word from the CEO page.
These 5 items will always be in every folder.
Then we'll have these pages:
1. Page for insurance companies.
2. Page for property management companies.
3. Page for plumbing companies.
4. Page for customers.
These 4 pages will be switched out depending on who the folder will be given to. These pages are the only ones that need to be distinguishable from one another either by color or something that will make it easy to tell which page it is. But we don't want each of these pages to be titled in anyway. So, for example, the insurance company page shouldn't say "insurance" across the top. So again, maybe a splash of color to distinguish these, or maybe something you guys can think up.
I've included a few pics of the folder we have now, and one from lowes that the owner like the idea of as an example. I was thinking that in the folders, there could be different sized pockets, or places to put things. Like a spot for a business card, and maybe a couple other sized pockets or something to not make it look just like a basic folder. Or maybe something like a "step down" look to it? I don't know if that's what it's called, but like when you open it up and you have different colored "tabs" or headings that allow you to see all of the titles of the pages in the folder without thumbing through them all.
Also, the owner sent me this about the lowes folder:
"The dark one is a very dark blue and it has a matte finish and the icons going down the side are the same color blue but there a gloss finish and I love that look. We definitely want to do a matte finish if there are any symbols on the front I'm thinking simple but clean. I'm just sending you the Lowe's example as an example"
I've attached images of the folder we have now, the lowes folder, and an insurance info folder that has the "stepdown" look I mentioned as another example. I'll be getting the actual content for each of these pages once we pick the overall design. Also, for the color scheme, stick to the colors like on the site www.restoreyounow.com. There can be other colors for some stuff, that you guys can suggest and come up with too, but the branding colors in place already should be used for the major parts. Anyways, let me know what other info you would need.

Requirements
Must have
- 1. Easy to disntinguish the "non-titled" pages.
- 2. Matte finish with glossy logos on the outside of the folder.
- 3. Something other than a regular folder design with just 2 pockets and a card holder. Maybe a folder that has a more unique design layout, or holds the information inside in a neat way. Like with different sized pockets for some of the inserts that are always the same ones in every folder, and then the ones that change could go into the the large pockets? I've attached some example pics of some folder designs as examples. They are the files titled, "cool folder".
Nice to have
- Open to suggestions on any unique design ideas that break away from what a "normal marketing folder" looks like.
Should not have
- On each insert specific to the target markets, the insert itself should not say "insurance, or property management, or plumbing company, or homeowner as a title. So again, they need to be colored differently or something without "labeling" the page with one of those target markets as a title.
