I have typed up a 9 page word doc to be a lead generator for my website called "5 Common Mistakes Event Planners Make" and I am looking for someone to clean it up, and make it professional and inline with our brand.

• Helvetica Neue is our brands font, but it doesn't have to be that. Something similar that is rounded would be good like Arial I think.

Requirements

Must have

• Clean, but elegant design.
• Because it is very text heavy, have the topics easily broken out and maybe staggered so that it is easy to identify main topics and sub topics.

Should not have

• Not just looking for basic formating around the edges of the document, but to also have the text displayed in an easily readable way with clear sections.
