Logo Design Brief

This is a new logo for a new company in the building services sector, specifically we do residential and commercial framing. (see attached sample) Front has logo and basic name, phone, email, url, address - back - on left side has the types of projects we do and left I'd like a collage of building. NOT high-rises. We build houses, 2-3 story multiple family and single story commercial, i.e. restaurants, church's, retail, etc. This is a pretty stoic sector with no one really attempting to brand themselves or stand out. We want to differentiate ourselves from this very crowed sector. I'm looking for something bold, exciting and catches the eye. Can't be too "busy" because I want to use it on both workers shirts (tee-shirts for the guys who do the framing) as well as on nice golf shirts for management and sales people. I like one or a combination the colors red, black and medium blue.

Requirements

Must have

• be able to interchange names and for others to use. Keep in mind that I want to use the logo to go on shirts. I'd like to use of combination of black, red and or blue - not necessarily all three. On back descriptive list of types of projects we do, i.e.single and multifamily, office, retail, medical, hospitality, adult living and a collage of some sort of different types of buildings. Something creative here. Doesn't have to be actually say pictures of buildings but say like building outlines or like hand drawn rendering sketch's.

Nice to have

• Distinctive, bold, moving, eye catching. Needs to look hot but classy and professional. I'll be calling on VP's of Construction and C-Suite executives.
