Photoshop Design Brief

I have a selfie which I want to be altered. I would like the camera phone removed from display if possible, the background needs changing preferably to a darker blurred image. (Notice the shower curtain and the bog brush!!!) Photos in black and white preferably. A few variations will suffice. Can my arm be continued somehow to make the image look natural? As if I wasn't holding a phone?
