Business Card Design Brief

Create business cards for resident managers who run apartment buildings. The audience is the public who are searching for apartment rentals, and current residents who live at the apartment building. Key design element will be incorporating the company logo, however, the logo cannot dominate. The building name and manager name are more important than the logo. Current business card design leaves little room for copy, so we may need to reduce the size on the current card to allow for more space for copy.

Adults 18-65 years of age, who are looking for an apartment rental, plus current residents who live at our apartment buildings.

• 1) Back of card logo watermark
• 2) Ability to write notes on back of carfd

Should not have

• Avoid letting the company logo dominate the card, the building name and manager are more important than the company logo.
