Hello,

It's for an indoor rowing programme so if possible incorporate a rowing machine. The company colours are mainly Black, Silver and some Gold. The programme will last 6 weeks and will consist of high intensity interval training sessions. Aiming to open it up to all experience levels. The Graphic will be used for advertising and also as the banner for the private page that the programme will be hosted on.
