Vector Design Brief

This is not a creative project - the final file must match my supplied file - EXACTLY. Use the image named USE_THIS_IMAGE.tif - the sun and moon with mermaid large file.

We have an existing drawing that was done in Photoshop. We need someone to help us take that flat drawing and create a very clean vector drawing that will look exactly the same as the flat raster artwork. The final file should be submitted as an Adobe Illustrator file with color separations and each color assigned as a PMS color. The file can only have a maximum of 20 final colors. No halftone or gradients allowed. See supplied files a examples of desired output.
