Logo Design Brief

We are a Property Advisory company called Alfa Property Advisory.

We need a logo to be the face of our company. The logo will be used in our office and on our website.

We do not want the logo to have a house or outline of a house in it. We want a premium logo that goes well with a black background. Any text we preferably want in white or a light shaded colour. We do not want the logo to have more than three colours in it overall.

Our business cards are going to have a black background so the design and text must work with this.

Our company inspects homes, so if the logo could incorporate something that relates to realestate that would be good. However, this is not essential. We want a logo that is up-market and UNIQUE.
