Logo Design Brief
Because I just graduated as a bachelor "Learning and Development (L&D)" i'm looking for a way to express the way I think about L&D. I'm Dutch and I call myself "Leerkundige". This can be translated as a L&D advisor. It's my task to connect en advise componies and employees what is needed to do a job good. And how this can be reached. It's not only knowledge.
I'm fascinated by the Left-Right brain metaphor (see images of Mercedes-car). This metaphor also holds the Characters L & R which are part of my "title" LeeRkundige. The EE connects these parts. So connection / a bridgebuilders that connects two brainparts & employees & companies.
