Logo Design Brief

Design a Logo for Qssential - A company who provide Commercial Construction professionals to the UK to the Construction Industry for positions such as quantity surveyors and commercial managers for construction projects.
Esthetic Feel: Professional, clean, simple, pared down, strong but elegant.
The logo must be very elegant (think patrick bateman business card on american psycho but with a very simple construction symbol next to it), very professional, black and white logo is preferred, very simple and clean. Im thinking a simple symbol of construction to site beside 'Qssental' lettering in EB Garamond font (from google). QS letters can standout more than the rest as it is qs services being offered through our business.
