Requirements
Must have
- "XY" originally meant axes coordinates as in the Descartes Cartesian coordinate system as a way to highlight the scientific approach to people operations/strategy. XY also refers to chromosomes in the (male) body but I'd like to consider that more as all people and NOT gender specfic. Combining objective data with mindfulness and practical experience to help organizations build success through their people strategies and initiatives being aligned with their corporate vision.
- It must convey confidence, trust and balance to my audience without being too masculine.
- The design should communicate purposeful action, trust, balance and optimal health/success (of an organization and individual).
Nice to have
- Any reference to the human body, and environment (leaves/trees), and vision (as in company vision or eyes). I'm also a certified yoga instructor so references to balance, flow/action, peace, spirals, lotus flowers and grounding would be nice elements to have.
Should not have
- Color combos I'd like to see include burgundy with lilac (maybe teal too); deep purples and teal. No more orange, please.
- The Y tail going down the center of the X just doesn't translate well so try any other combination of that.
