Logo Design Brief
I'm a Industrial / Commercial real estate broker servicing Queens, Brooklyn & the Bronx in NY. I primarily lease & sell warehouses, office space & development sites.
I am opened for creative suggestions and would like to see something classy yet if at all i can have some sort of Industrial feel to it; that would be a plus. AI am looking for a font that is one of a kind custom.
I need this in a matter of hours in to tomorrow morning my time (eastern Standard time).

- I'd like a creative yet professional font style and any way you can incorporate an industrial feel would be helpful. Think industrial warehouses.
Nice to have
- I also like the idea of a Rook chess piece. It symbolizes strength and strategy. Or something creative that symbolizes warehouses and buildings but in a very creative way. Not gimmicky.
Should not have
- Avoid my initials such as "JR". It shouldn't be referred to as JR realty. It should be Jaffe Realty.
