Logo Design Brief

Our business is in leadership coaching and training. We are about creating better people, better leaders and better workplaces through working with individuals and businesses to unlock potential and move beyond imagined limitations. Our values are purpose, courage and progress. Our services are in leadership coaching, change coaching, gender equality consulting and training and leadership development. We are disruptors of traditional ideas about leadership. We challenge the hierarchy and drive more purpose driven authentic leadership with great people in the right seats.

We are looking for a logo that can be used on our new website and business card. It should inspire authenticity and empowerment and represent our values. I am open to a text and/or picture versions. Originally, I imagined a black and white theme, but I am open to colour. I am open to two logos, one that is round and one that is more linear.
